2. MEMBER NAME AND PASSWORD. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You will select a password for your account. You agree not to reveal

SALESTAXSOLUTIONS.NET DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Salestaxsolutions.net assumes responsibility for the mis-delivery or failure on the Products.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Salestaxsolutions.net and you with respect to the subject matter thereof.
